The add-on includes two new concrete shipments, which at the equivalent of one cap per unit, are significantly cheaper than the shipment of 50 units in the base game, at three caps per unit. honestly, the workshop sucks for mods with non workshop you can use a mod manager of your choice, whether it be MO, NMM, FOMM, ect.
